How do I count the ways?
For your probiotic content?
Your clean source of protein?
Your tangy, sour taste?
Yogurt is a power food if there ever was one.
Throughout my European travels ... that took me from the UK to Holland to Germany and finally to Sweden, yogurt was the star of every breakfast spread.
Served with muesli and fruit you've got a powerhouse meal complete with all of your macronutrients.
Try this combo for a sure fire positive start to your day:
1/4 to 1/2 cup of Familila No Sugar Muesli (buy here: http://www.vitacost.com/Familia-Swiss-No-Sugar-Muesli )
1/2 cup blueberries or raspberries
3/4 - 1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
1 packet of Stevia
Mix or layer all ingredients and enjoy
